222gather is an arts and crafts club/community group run by besties, Jisu and Myra. We host free crafting events once a month for QTIBIPOC creatives in Gadigal. All skill levels welcomed and appreciated.
We believe in creating a safe and welcoming space where queer POC can connect, create, and express themselves through art that is accessible.
For Pride Fest we are running a zine workshop where participants can create their own unique zines.
What will happen?
We will teach you how to fold and structure a zine. Then, it's free creation. Make your zine how you want while connecting with other queer POC.
Is there a certain skill level required?
No! All levels are welcome. Our focus is creating and being in community with each other. Come as you are x
Can anyone join?
This event is for anyone who falls under the umbrella of QTIBIPOC. You may join if you are an ally but our main focus is on creating a safe and welcoming space for QTIBIPOC.
I can't make this event but want to come to another one in the future, what should I do?
